New Zealand 2013
In January 2013 we visited the South Island of New Zealand. With the help of several members of The New Zealand Alpine Garden Society we where able to visit some of the best locations to see alpine plants. Many of the locations visited are privatly owned and not possible to visit. We where very lucky with the weather especially in Fiordland, which is a very wet area. It was a long waited wish to see Raoulia eximia and Haastia pulvinaris in its native habitat.
