Nepal 2014 (Gosainkunda trek)

We few to Kathmandu and visited some of the scenic spots there. Then we drove to Dunche (1960m) where we started our 10-day trek to the Gosainkunda Holy lake (4389m). During the trek we had one guide and one porter with us and we stayed in tea houses along the whole route. Around the lake we found some very special plants like Primula aureata, all in full flower. The trek was arduous, but very rewarding.
